Returns & Replacements
Get in touch and we’ll make it right.
Because every plate is printed to order, we don’t accept returns of correctly-fulfilled items by default. We will, however, replace anything that arrives damaged, defective, or genuinely not as described.
Damaged in transit
We’ll send a replacement.
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost. No return shipping required.
Print defects
Same again.
If a print arrives with quality issues such as banding, colour shift, or registration problems, let us know within 30 days. Photos help. We’ll reprint it.
Not as described
Talk to us.
If a piece is genuinely not what was advertised, we’ll work out a fair resolution: replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation. We’d rather you be happy than win a small dispute.
Change of mind
We can’t accept returns of correctly-fulfilled items.
Each plate is produced specifically for your order. No warehouse, no resale possible. If you’re unsure about a piece, browse the previews carefully before ordering, or get in touch and we’ll happily talk you through it.
